CA TRIP

Hike up San Jacinto Mt. We hiked 7.8 miles with 3000 ft elavation gain, but did not summit.

First rest stop on the " hardest trail" in the area so said the ranger when I picked up the permit. My son Eric and Grandson Noah helped me along the trail.

I was impressed by the huge bolder we walked past all day.

 Leaving PDX
 Columbia River
 Flying over Crater lake
Beautiful San Diego
Noah and I went for a walk in Buena Vista park which the locals call duck park because of the pond and all the ducts that are found in the area.
A beautiful trail good for walking and riding bicycle in duck park
Lots of trees and rocks in the park.
